The Best Divorce Letter Ever
heyitsmarieanj:
Dear Wifey, I’m writing you this letter to tell you that I’m leaving you forever. I’ve been a good husband to you for 7 years & I have nothing to show for it. But, these last 2 weeks have been hell. Your boss called to tell me that you quit your job today and that was the last straw. Last week, you came home and didn’t even notice that I had a new haircut, had cooked your...

I never updated for those who noticed…… Everyone is okay that I know in Haiti. Thank the Lord.
I’ve been reading all that you post about Haiti and the people you know and care for that live there. Its so amazing how passionate you are about the nation and the people. The world needs more people like you. People that actually DO something to help others. I am...

agracelamb asked: your post about your struggle was inspiring. I have a chronic disease and was homebound my sophomore year.
I've gotten into all my top choices for college and I have no doubt that I will succeed.
It's always good to hear another success story.
Stay Strong!

The day I was born, the doctors told my parents that I wouldn’t live more then a day or two.
I am turning 22 in May.
In kindergarten I couldn’t pronounce the letter “r” and I couldn’t even hold scissors correctly. I was put in special ed and speech classes.
In fifth grade I became a “student mentor.” I worked with first and second graders who had...

There was an overwhelming response of “Do it” and I really wasn’t expecting that at all. You people really think it’s okay to exploit chidren like that? Gah. Gross. I get angry at myself for even temporarily considering it. I’m going to chase success, but it’s not going to be at my daughter’s expense.
Maybe people don’t agree with me, but cute kid photo contests...

The Pittsburgh news is on in the background. They were talking about how, in State College, they are going to kill 15,000 birds. 15,000! Because they pose threats to airplanes. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want planes going down. But killing 15,000 birds? That seems a bit drastic to me.
I said something to my mother, who is watching said news, and she responded, “Yeah, its...

Through Chase Community Giving, people that have facebook can vote for their favorite charity, in hopes of winning the $1 million dollar grand price. The voting has already gone through the first round of voting, narrowing the charities down to the top 100.
One of the top 100 charities is Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Network Cares.
It would mean the world to me if you would...

I think it is completely brilliant how the Red Cross is accepting donations. I wonder why no one thought of using texts to raise money for other disasters?
To donate $10 to the American Red Cross, text Haiti to 90999. The amount will be added to your next phone bill.
To donate $5 to Wyclef Jean’s Haitian Yele charity, text 501501. The money will be added to your next phone bill.
Or go to the...

I am watching a show on PBS called, “Sandwiches That You Like.” One place was selling spicy tripe sandwiches. You could get it in mild, not, or kick my ass. And, to top it all off, a guy with a voice box was talking about it.
