Beyonce and Jay-Z Share First Pics of Blue Ivy.

I care so little about this.  It’s ridiculous how little I really do.  

I don’t understand how one child can come along and some see her as an instant superstar.  She’s no better than any other child.  

Am I happy for Beyonce and Jay-Z right now?  I am I thrilled for their family and friends?  Completely.  They have a healthy, beautiful baby girl in their lives.  It doesn’t get any better than that.  And, I respect the fact that they didn’t earn money off their child’s first public photos.

But the media attention and the hype is unnecessary.  I can’t fathom how much some would have paid to get their hands on these photos.  And, don’t even get me started on how Blue supposedly came into this world.  You should never inconvenience another family’s birthing experience or keep a family away for their new born, whether they’re in the NICU or not.  

Blue Ivy and a blessing.  Every child is.  But no child is more or less of a blessing then the next.
